Knitting heaven.

I got a package in the mail today. It was filled with skeins of Noro Kureyon. Yummy. Now, I get to start making squares for this blanket. It'll probably take me years and I hope I endure. I'm also going to make a pair of fingerless mittens that match the hat I recently knitted. My tutor loved the hat so I offered to make her one too. I also have a UFO that I was hoping to finish this week. The striped capelet (seen in the photo) has been sitting in my knitting bag since April. After wiping off the dust, I decided to frog part of it and extend it at the bottom and have less of a collar at the top. It's nice to have a few projects in the pipeline to help keep me sane.

pretty pretty! i was wondering what had become of the caplet. if you knit a few rows of ribbing along the bottom it wont roll up like that.

Yay, Kureyon! My favorite yarn. Can never have too much Kureyon. I'll bet those blocks go faster than you think...they're addictive. :-)
