Do you have any idea what the thoughts are behind these figures? Are they connected to the international animated film festival that is held in Annecy? They resemble animated figures...

I'm not sure if they're here for the Animation Festival. I did think of that when I first saw them. We shall see if they remain here through that week. Sadly, I won't be in town during that week of pure craziness.
