A simple yet delicious recipe pour vous.

A fellow volunteer, Anne, recently gave me this recipe and we tried it last night. She tells me it's tres French. Darin and I were blown away that such a simple recipe could taste so good. So I'm sharing it with you.

Ingredients:
2 breasts of chicken (turkey is okay too)
3 T French mustard (Americans call it "Grey Poupon")
20 cl creme fraiche, if you can find it. Otherwise, sour cream will work.
Rice of your choice

What to do:
Cook the chicken or turkey in a pan with a little oil and butter (not the healthiest meal here) over lowish heat. In a bowl, mix the mustard and creme fraiche/sour cream. Add the wet mixture to the meat. Cook together in the pan. Don't let it come to a boil. Let the meat take in all the flavor from the mustard and cream mixture and let the cream take in all the juicy goodness from the meat. Serve over rice. Voila.

Bon appetit!

If you make this, leave me a comment and tell me what you think.
