I made Turkey Day dinner last night after recently discovering jars of Ocean Spray cranberry sauce and a box of stuffing (brand unknown) in the international aisle of one of our local grocery stores. I was so excited to make my 1st Thanksgiving dinner. With an oven the size of my dinner plate, the process was a chore...with the timing of what dish should go into the oven when, how am I going to keep everything warm, etc. All in all, it was a success. D and I decided that next year will be Thanksgiving dinner sans turkey. The more I eat meat, the more I'm getting nauseous from the smell of dead animal. Pescatarianism, here I come.
