Cruisin'.

My sister left this morning. Boo. I finally loaded some of my photos from our trip to Barcelona and of the Mediterranean cruise. We had a great time. It was very relaxing. The ship was massive, but too small during those times when we wanted to get away from everyone else. The food was neverending. Surprisingly, it was good. The service was fabulous. The lava flow drinks were delicious. We had great weather = nice tans. We only saw a few of the evening shows on the ship. One being an ice skating show. We're still amazed that an ice skating rink was on the ship. One guy fell a couple times so we blamed it on the rough waters.

We feel that a cruise is a great way to see a lot of sights and not have to worry so much about getting from place to place. There were a few places we wish we could have stayed in longer (Malta, Palma de Mallorca, Serrento). Overall, it was a great experience. I'm sad it's over, but I'm glad to be on land again and to no longer be swaying.

I remember those massive lemons in Amalfi and a little old man named Rafaelo who lived on the path from Amalfi to Ravello. He called us over and gave us a 5 pound lemon. no kidding. Did you happen to see him? Looks like you had a great time!

Oh my GOD, Emily, that all looks SO GORGEOUS! And it looks like you had an amazing time on your cruise! I've never been on one either, but particularly after seeing your pictures, I now definitely want to have the opportunity one day. Looks like you just sit back and majorly relax, and also get to visit some incredible places. Ah, how I envy you!

Welcome back -- I just got back home from vacation myself late Sunday night. It's tough to be back in a routine now... I miss being able to laze the day away, you have no idea!

And I agree with Jennifer, you must have had SUCH a good time with your sis! You both look fabulous, and what amazing tans.
