Made my first quiche ever this past Friday. It was pretty basic...nothing too hard. Just right for someone who is cooking challenged like myself. I did forget an ingredient, but that wasn't such a huge deal. I forgot to top the quiche off with some shredded cheese. My sweet husband tells me that I did a good job for a first timer. Then he says that he's hoping I'm not planning on going crazy with this "cooking quiches all the time thing" or he'll get sick of them pretty quick. Boo.
