My husband is kRaZy!

TH recently signed himself up for a race. And not just some piddly running race around the lake or anything. A race that takes him through 3 countries. That must be completed under 25 hours. That is about 96 km (59.7 miles) in length. And with more than 5,600 m (18,372.7 feet) of altitude change. What is this craziness that I'm talking about? It's The North Face Ultra-Trail Tour du Mont Blanc. Or what I call the Tour de Testosterone. And mind you, this is only the half tour that I'm talking about. Much crazier people do an entire circuit around Mont Blanc that must be completed in under 46 hours. Uh huh. No problem.

I'll be cheering for him starting at noon on August 29th and waiting for him to finish on August 30th. Who's joining me? Someone's gotta help keep me awake throughout the night. Or maybe I'll just sleep in our car.

Has my husband lost it? I think so. But I envy him for challenging himself like this.

Good luck! My dad used to do a crazy ride through the Rockies every year, and would go on about how beautiful it was to go over the passes... I found them hard enough to accomplish in a car :) But it definitely takes being in good shape, and that's always a good thing.
