Or maybe I should find a job first. But anyway, I would love to eat at the 12 French restaurants found on this list. So far, in my lifetime, I've eaten at one of these restaurants. I think I have a long way (and a lot of money) to go.
I can proudly say that I have eaten at...um..er...none of those restaurants. Maybe when I win the Euromillion as well! It's good to see that there are a couple of Australian entries!
Cliff has eaten at Chez Panisse. Lucky s--t. I got to look at the menu, though. I live vicariously, so be sure to share when you visit the other French restaurants.
ps. When you're in the US again, will you be in the Sacto area? I'll treat you to Indian food! :)
Well, I've eaten in only one of the restaurants on the list (l'Arpège), but that was a few years back at another time in my life... I'm highly doubting I'll ever have a chance to dine in one of these wonderful restaurants ever again, but you never know! I'll live vicariously through others, including Clotilde's great experience at El Bulli as she shared in her blog (Chocolate & Zucchini).
Hmmmm...I can say I ate in 6, but it was in extenuating circumstances.. Opening party at Jean-Georges (I was supposed to take pictures) and comped at the other.. Having shot pictures at the James Beard House for 7 years gave me an in for a while, but ultimately I like places with plain good food...

It's funny how many of these restaurants are French even if they aren't in France. I was hoping to see something from Mexico!
