I had planned on sending in my mailed absentee ballot for the general election in November, and I didn't think I was even eligible to vote in the primaries as I last lived and was registered in Washington, DC, but then I found out I could vote in the Global Primaries yesterday! I was so excited, especially since I was able to do it on-line. I sure hope my vote will "count" towards the final decision!<BR/><BR/>I wouldn't have any idea how to explain the actual voting system to the French either, especially since I find that it's even difficult for us as citizens to understand and get our heads around! I actually called the office in San Diego several days ago only to find out that I was "de-activated!" They sent via email a document that I signed and scanned and emailed back to them and JUST today in the mail I received my absentee ballot.. YAYY!!! They didn't enclose a sticker, though!! BUMMMMER!!
